We've paired moist and tender chicken ham with a Japanese-style sauce containing chunks of onion and king oyster mushroom.The special sauce, made with a soy sauce base and enhanced with fruit vinegar and aromatic vegetables, has a rich buttery flavor that makes both the meat and rice irresistible.

Chickpea spice curry

We've combined fluffy chickpeas with BLOOMYS' special blend of spices and tomatoes to create a South Indian-style curry.It's not very spicy, but the spicy aroma is very appetizing.

Spring Terrine

We've created a vibrant, spring-colored terrine using rapeseed blossoms, broccoli, and carrots.Serve with sour cream and dill sauce.Enjoy the arrival of spring through both its appearance and taste.

Crisp mixed lettuce is topped with a dressing made from ripe tomato puree and accented with black olives.The finishing touch is a fluffy egg mimosa.
