A block of pork belly is slowly braised until tender.Enjoy it with melt-in-your-mouth cabbage and potatoes.

To enjoy the change in flavor, be sure to take your first bite with the meat and whole grain mustard sauce.

■ Hummus Specific ingredients Wheat flour

This is a traditional dip from the Middle East and Mediterranean region made by adding sesame paste and oil to chickpeas to form a paste.Serve with seasonal vegetables and thinly sliced breadcrumbs.It is also recommended to add it to meat.

■ Fresh salad with yuzu dressing

We've made a dressing using yuzu, which is in season now.

Yuzu contains vitamin E, which promotes blood circulation, and limonene, which has a relaxing effect.Soothe your everyday fatigue with a fragrant salad.
