The March BLOOMY'S plate is the "Tonteki Tonteki Plate"
From winter to spring...March is the month of season change.We have prepared a plate that will delight your body while giving you a taste of the spring season.
◇Tonteki◇
Deep-roasted pork steak coated in a special garlic sauce to create tonteki.
The more you chew it, the more flavor it releases.Please enjoy it alternately with rice.
◇Salad with carrot dressing◇
This is a salad with a popular carrot dressing.The carotene in carrots and the magic of koji make it easy to eat lots of vegetables.
◇Cabbage and couscous tabbouleh◇
A refreshing marinade of Chinese cabbage, apple, parsley, red onion and couscous.
Parsley, which is always a supporting ingredient, regulates the stomach and intestines and has a relaxing aroma, which also helps increase appetite.
Please enjoy this as a palate cleanser after eating meat.
◇Spring vegetables with Shiraae sauce◇
Fresh spring vegetables are combined with tofu and sesame to create a spring dish.
Fresh spring vegetables and tofu will hydrate, soothe and refresh your body that has become dry and tired during the winter.
